Not letting customers to login into their accounts so they would close it and steal all customer’s money. After some time and because I have now way of getting the 100$ back I invested in thier crypto option it turns to be another scam of these master scammer. When you recharge money, every few days they take a dollar from you for no purpose until you are left with none. I filled 25 dollars into the app to get a prepaid MasterCard, only after i refilled i was told by the app that i needed to pay 10 more dollars to another website just to create an account which was “needed” for the MasterCard production, so I gave up on it. However, I opened the app 2 weeks later and i had $23 left even though i hadn’t used it, after another week i had $21, they kept taking the money and wouldn’t even allow me to use it, until they stole all of it and left me with $0. Unfortunately they started some changes in their system which affected most customers. They stopped the majd card. You were able to reload the balance from cashu balance. The transfer remittance service is under maintenance since November 2020. I know many people who have stopped using this app totally.
