99.99% of retail sites would allow you to update the payment method (eg new bank account or credit card) There is simply no logical way to figure this out on this app . Clicking through on “manage payment” does not allow you to update or change payment methods. 

I seriously doubt the common sense applied. The only apparent way to do this is the cumbersome process of deleting the a count, re-applying for membership and then to upload all other details once again. 

Really tough not to use any derogatory description of developer, but hopefully you’ll get the message. Until then I’ll merely cancel my subscription.

Tried to update my details and had filled in everything. Said it can’t save because of missing information. Tried to update my payment info and it said error with internet connection when there wasn’t. Still rough and needs a lot of work.
