I didn’t received my food on December 31 and I had people coming to my home. 
It was a Casinettos’s mistake and they didn’t gave me any solution.

The product selection is great, but the app feels like it was made 15 years ago. I was about to make and order, but could not complete as there was some bug whish didn't allow me to add my address.

I order twice in casinetto, first time I paid online and the package was delivered in another building , only after hours of call I manage to get the delivery picked from the wrong address and brought to me, second time I decided to pay by cash and I’ve got charged the normal cash delivery fee but they also charged me 30 Aed extra from nowhere. I won’t buy anymore in Casinetto and I will recommend to all my Italian friends in Dubai do not buy anymore from them
