I used Wizard of Odds to learn the game and learn strategies, but aside from that the apps versions were always pretty clunky and garbage. Casino Craps Pro 3D is the most solid of the bunch, but a lot of times it feels like my rolls are less fair and more reactive to how I’m playing. That might be my imagination, but once ai change my strategy, almost immediately my rolls start cancelling everything out. I’d love a multiplayer component to where I can host private lobbies with my friends and we can compete. Overall, the best app I’ve used, and I spend a lot of my downtime on it. ### 4/5 — Good craps app *2022-04-06* I like everything about this app except I can’t bet numbers on the hop and I don’t care for the double tap to roll the dice. I believe it’s because they are charging you 5% of winnings instead of the amount bet. Compared to real games, this app never has long rolls. I think the most before hitting the number or a seven is 11 or 12 rolls. And this are VERY rare. It’s been two years since an update. Want money back! ### 1/5 — NOT Random! *2019-01-28* After playing for a while, some kind of switch flips and the dice become weighted against the player. I tested this by going “all in” one either the pass or don’t 100 times and lost 84% of the time. I also did “place bets” on the 8 only 500 times and the ratio of 7’s to 8’s was almost 2:1, not even close to the expected 1.2:1. It looked ridiculously obvious on the graph showing the stats on dice rolls. DON’T buy this app if you want a realistic craps game!!! **Developer response:** Nothing changes with the random number generator at any point and there is no code that detects what bets are placed during the roll of the dice — this app uses purely random numbers generated from the Mersenne Twister random number algorithm that you may read about. ### 1/5 — Craps game *2016-03-07, version 4.0* It was the best but now... Been playing on it for years. Very simple interface, totally legit. Only problem I’ve had since getting new iPad & iPhone is I can’t change my starting bank which is set permanently at $1000. I have downloaded and played them all and although this costs money it is well worth it. One feature that is missing is the ability to turn your bets and odds on and off instead of having to pull them down manually. Also I wish that you could set what max odds are so that I could customize to match my local casino (this allows up to 5x odds on pass line but my local casino only allows up to 3x). **Developer response:** I’m glad you are enjoying the app! If you click the settings menu, you can customize your max odds.
