I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, to no avail. That being said, I enjoy the game and will continue to play. I see a lot of folks complaining about glitches but the only time I notice a glitch is sometimes I need to close the app for a new level to kick in. That isn’t a big deal & neither is Santa. Def will bump up the stars when Santa goes away. ### 3/5 — Employees *2025-12-23, version 1.3* The employees get stuck at the chip deposit ### 3/5 — It's okay but read all of this *2025-07-28* It's a pretty good apo other than the consistent ads and it takes money away lime I will have 10,000 dollars and the next second later I then have 8,000 and I didnt even spend and of the money. Also the workers work at first but the father you get into the game they take forever to actually help and if you have more than 1, they run into each other and have coins in there hands but there stuck and its really annoying. It doesn’t matter how many times I close the app and relaunch it happens every time. Ads every 30 seconds you can’t miss them because they take up half your screen, no money generated while offline, the workers can barely carry anything and to get a second one you have to pay way too much for it to even be worth it. Barley started but they wanted a review… will update if it gets better ### 2/5 — More bugs than I care to count *2023-04-18* Game play is nothing like what you see in the ad in the Apple Store. That’s strike one. The “helper(s)” are severely buggy. When they do work, they get stuck on each other and the chip to cash / deposit / withdrawal counter, or stuck outside running in place. I paid for this to be ad free too. And there are STILL ads!? Is that bait & switch? Fraud? I don’t know but it sure sounds like lying & trickery to me. Also, there are places in the Casino where you can pass through the wall and get stuck outside with no way back & if you are carrying $$$…you lose it because the only way back in is to force quit the game and re-launch it. Chips can get lost and stuck under tables when you use the magnet. So be careful. I’m sure the author will update the game and fix the bugs one they are finished with school and can put some more time into their work. Oh and please, more levels, I can’t believe that I “finished” the game so quickly. 😑 Game is too short especially when you are charging for upgrade packages. ### 3/5 — Good game but bugs *2023-04-06, version 1.3* It’s to the point but my assistants keep getting stuck on each other. ### 3/5 — Helpers bug *2023-01-01, version 1.3* When you have more than 1 helpers they get stuck when trying to deposit the chips. ### 2/5 — Glitched out cannot progress further *2022-12-18* So this game was fun for a bit. After you get the helpers and upgrade them a bit, just stand in the withdraw box and go idle for about 20 minutes. Remember to check back every 3 minutes to cancel the ad that is forced on you. Then go buy more tables seats whatever and then go back to the withdraw box. Rinse repeat. The real kicker is after you advance to the 2nd casino, I got stuck with a “upgrade” box with $0 left. I can no longer upgrade which means I can not get to the 3rd casino. Maybe there are only 2 casinos, if so then this game should take about 4 hours to complete. ### 2/5 — Good but glitches *2022-12-11, version 1.3* If it wasn’t for the game glitching A LOT and force closing, this would be a great game. Assistants glitch so bad, they’ll get stuck when turning in their chips or they won’t even show up! Money counting is inconsistent. The game will say I have $13k but then it changes to $11k. Has happened to me before at $800k and then $20k. Really enjoy the game but these glitches make the game extremely annoying and unenjoyable. I reported the issue to Apple requesting a refund as I did not receive what I paid for. I was told the issue was not eligible for a refund. What???? If you do decide to download this free game - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING within the game as you will not receive what your paying for. The actual game itself is nothing special and it takes a long time to upgrade your helpers. You constantly have to watch ads to collect gold chips, extra helper and magnet but even then you don’t really get anywhere. There are glitches in the game which will cause you to become on the outside of the casino and the only way to get back in is to restart the game. It’s very annoying.
