## What is caspar Invoice?

This app is your ideal companion to handle the business related purchase-to-pay cycle of your company on the go or while away from your desk. You need an Apple device with appropriate settings for country or region of your Apple ID, the app must be activated for your company, and you have to be a registered caspar (formerly felix) user to benefit from this app.

caspar (formerly felix) app features:

• automatic synchronization of the caspar (formerly felix) app with your caspar (formerly felix) web application
• real time monitoring of your invoices and receipts
• personal dashboard with warnings: invoices and receipts
• overdue, imminent cash discount losses, price increases
• approval workflow for your invoices, receipts and payments
• allocation in invoices
• display of account assignment information
• forwarding invoices and receipts by email
• access the online archive with all your invoices and receipts
• customize your personal settings

We continue to develope the caspar (formerly felix) app. Among others, the following function will be available in future:

• snap photos of your invoices and receipts with your smartphone camera and upload them. We extract the data and take care of the rest.
