Feels like an untested beta that was pushed out the door by executive demand, thinking that it’s better to have an app where it’s not possible to place an order (seriously) than no app at all. ### 1/5 — App written by children *2023-09-22, version 22.1.1* Couldn’t even finish an order. All I wanted to do is change my CC of record. This reminds me of how bad your website was. Once you enter it in it says the information is not valid. No excuse why what’s wrong. I don’t want to argue with anyone working so hard to make delicious food. It’s just an expensive splurge for my family and we live 30 minutes away so my hope is to clarify orders in the future. Ok. No tracking option?? Uhhh… ok. Only resorted to the app bc the women who answers the 800# for the orders is absolutely awful, and rude. ### 1/5 — App Does Not Work *2025-07-07, version 56.0.0* For the last 6 months or so when I try to order from the app it tells me they don’t deliver to my address. When I call the 888 number , they have no problem delivering to our location. ### 1/5 — No Access. Horrible. *2025-03-30, version 53.0.2* Doesn’t even allow me to select my location to even enter the app. There is most definitely a Cassano’s in my town, it is a hot spot. It says there are no locations available when I seriously live a few streets away. When you can get it to work, it’s slow but most the time it’s just times out. Then to make matters worse you get directed to a Cassano’s Pizza nationwide call center to order a pizza that you’re going to pick up at the store right up the street. I was able to order our family’s large standard Roder just fine. I had to go to their website anyway. That’s a pretty drastic error and makes it useless. This is on my iPhone 14 The app also gets hung up a lot. Very frustrating to use. Can’t find deals or a place for coupon codes. Needs work though. *2023-04-20, version 15.0.0* I am glad Cassanos is finally getting with technology. I have only used the app twice. It is, however, clunky to use with respect to ingredients. I edited the order multiple times to get the ingredients I wanted. Which was really remove two ingredients. I verified, before placing, the order on the screen. I picked up my order and went home. I had ordered a sub and once starting to eat it discovered that both ingredients I removed were on it. I looked at the receipt and it was showing to include both ingredients I had removed. Verify before leaving the store that you actually got what you ordered on the app. Thankfully, I simply don’t like the two ingredients I wanted left off.
