### 1/5 — No Ability to Cancel Subscription

*2025-08-08, version 4.0.1*

I have had this garbage taking away $3.99 from me a month for a while. I attempted to cancel via the website and the app. They give you a link in the TOS that redirects you where you can only upgrade your subscription. Really scummy tactics and horrifically bad AI. You can find much better and more professional services.

### 2/5 — There was an attempt...

*2025-06-04, version 4.0.1*

Great idea, bad execution. Most of the time the app crashes when attempting to start a song generation. The songs themselves aren't great, but that's not my actual problem with this app.

### 2/5 — not very good

*2025-04-12, version 4.0.1*

no real understanding of user input. makes indiscernible slop. far behind other music ai like suno.

### 5/5 — Five stars so they can’t hide a bad review

*2025-03-01*

I saw this app on AppAdvice. It was offering a free six month subscription followed by charging you according to the plan that you selected. I chose the quarterly plan because it gives you an 18% reduction and cost. I took pictures of the whole process, and then after at right show the transaction it a immediately charged me the $13.99. So I went to Apple support and I reported this as a fraud or a scam because they did charge me and did not follow what the app said they would do. But what I’m finding is that Apple and developers have this game they play. It goes like this. You contact Apple and you tell them that you’ve been charged wrongly. They will tell you to fill out the form and to give them details about the transaction. Often times it comes back that it will not be approved. So then you do the next thing. You contact the developer. You tell them that you have been charged differently than what they said on the app you’re gonna be charged. The developer says something like this. We only take care of the support for problems with the app according to how it works. But when it comes the money, we have no part of it. We can’t control what Apple charges subscribers, or do anything about it. But I agree they say that you have been charged wrong.. So then you go back to Apple. You tell Apple that the developer knows that I’ve been charged on. You ask them to look at the app. Run a test and see for themselves what the app says it’s going to charge and then what really happened. But they refuse to do that. So you they play this game where we can’t talk to them from Apple side and the developer says we can’t talk to them on the other side. All the while just saying that your request for your money back has been denied. So I have been recommending people to do a process to show someone in the future if they don’t give your money back what happened. Swhen I see an app that I want to do was a trial offer. I go to the App Store, and I take a screenshot of it before you purchase or download it. Then after you download it, do a screenshot of that as well. Open the app and do the on boarding until you come to the place where they offer the trial. Or a free lifetime subscription. Take a screenshot of that. And then have your fingers ready for when it approves the transaction with a little white box with letters, saying your transactions been approved, take a quick screenshot of that. Now I personally don’t let my screenshots stay only on the Apple cloud. I recommend downloading them to another cloud. Having that proof may not get your money back right away. Because developers don’t wanna give their money back. They wanna make money not give money back. And then Apple. They play this little act where they say we’re just an App Store. We just have to have an App Store somewhere and so it’s us we take the money, but we have no control over anything. But they do have some control. They can either approve it or deny your request for them to refund you. They act like they’re doing this nonprofit organization, App Store. But they don’t wanna give the money back either because they make a cut of that sale. I thought I looked up that it was somewhere around 30% but I’m unsure about that. But it is unimaginable that they are just hiring people to manage the store and to do the cloud part of it and them not make a dime of it. So they wanna keep their money too. I have an app called screenKit. It had on the app page in the app. It offer their service for $9.99. Had three different buttons, the first one at an annual plan, secondly, the monthly plan, and the last button which said just pay once no subscription. So I chose the no subscription. That page said that you got the widgets the wallpapers and the icons to change the look of your phone. Well, I pressed to get the $9.99 one time fee. But they charge me twice that day for that and then a month later charged me again as a subscription. I tried to get in touch with the developer. But they were not existent. They had a website that I had no idea why it was on there because it wasn’t functional. I called and told Apple that. I told that I can prove that it said just pay once.. But they said it was beyond their control. Then to try to really make sure they know that I’m being cheated, I had them to get on my phone. I forget what they call it but it’s where they can see your screen. I had them do that Then I open the app, I took them to the three different buttons, show them where it said just pay once for $9.99. They saw it in black and white basically but still refused to refund me. I wasn’t looking to get the original. $9.99. Because I purchased it. But you think they’d give the extra two charges back to me. But they had this for me. We’re a lowly App Store and have no control. I told him that they developer isn’t even around with a functional website. I said, wouldn’t you want to keep this from happening to someone else. They said they don’t do things like that. The reason I bring this up is because doing those screenshots may get your money back in the future if someone decides to do a class action suit against the developers and Apple as a whole. So being able to prove it may be the way you might get your money back after someone decides to try to make them do the right thing.

### 1/5 — No free trial 6 months

*2025-02-28, version 4.0.1*

You guys show the 6 month free trial in paywall and when I subscribe there is no free trial, it’s only show the amount of the subscription fees. Really disappointed

### 1/5 — The worst kind of developer (A) Grifter 😈

*2025-02-28, version 4.0.1*

So you have a promotion for free 6 month trial subscription via AppAdvice yet Thursday 2/27/25 no way to claim only Pay options tried 3 times Thursday still shows ONLY paid options Richard!!!

### 4/5 — Very good!

*2024-12-16, version 3.1.4*

Easy to use. Produces some really interesting results. I find it very unique. I just wish I could buy the app outright, rather than having to subscribe to it and keep paying to use it every month.

### 4/5 — Pretty impressive!

*2024-11-15*

I was browsing through the app store, looking for various music generators, when I came across this one. It looks pretty interesting, so I downloaded it. After first use, I found myself pretty impressed with it. The next day, I just decided to subscribe to it. the app makes it fairly easy to generate original AI music with a few taps on my iPhone. And it’s not just simplistic AI generated music, it’s very deep. That’s the only way I can really describe it. But I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an AI Music Generator.

### 5/5 — g

*2024-09-29, version 3.1.3*

i would like to have more mixes so I can put some things together

### 5/5 — Super fun and usable

*2024-07-22, version 2.2*

Easy and fun to use. Sounds quality is exceptional and by far the best music AI generator I’ve played with.
