### 1/5 — Predictably Boring

*2026-05-07, version 2.5*

No matter the setting, this game is mind numbing and programmed to disappoint.

### 1/5 — Once again deleting reviews

You can keep your misplaced reply comments. First, the app gives up sweeps all the time. Not just when it might have to. Even on insane the app DOES NOT PLAY RIGHT. POOR CARD ORDER IN PLAYING ALL THE TIME. Plays point cards when it has face cards to play. WRONG - YOU DON’T KNOW THE GAME AND IT SHOWS. So many matches, which you seem to say is normal. NOT THREE OR FOUR OF A KIND IN ONE DEAL ALL THE TIME. Again, total junk app that does not even understand the basic concepts of the game. AI never plays correctly even on insane. Pure garbage. Stick to your day job and leave cassino to those who can actually play the game.

### 5/5 — Note to developer

*2025-12-20, version 2.5*

Love the app. The online feature to play with friends is not working lately. Can you fix it. They can’t connect.

### 5/5 — Excellent Implementation of Cassino!

*2025-11-02, version 2.5*

I have been playing Cassino since my childhood and even created a Cassino computer game in Windows years ago, so I consider myself to be pretty knowledgeable about the game.

Michael Dokken’s implementation is first rate and provides a worthy opponent. The UX is clean and intuitive and very enjoyable to use.

I just read another review that claimed it didn’t follow the rules, the cards dealt were not random and overall played poorly. That is ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT! Please take a look at the various configuration options and settings before posting a baseless negative review!

I play with the difficulty set to “Hard” and find that I win a little over 50% of the time, which is what I would expect as a skilled player.

The highest difficulty level (called “Insane”) is quite a challenge to beat and my guess is that it keeps track of the cards that are played and uses probability and statistics to give itself super human skills. If you play at this level be prepared to be humbled!

Don’t hesitate to try this fabulous implementation of the best card game there is - Cassino! You’ll love it!!!

Full disclosure: I have no relation, personal or business with Mr. Dokken and was not asked to write this review. The opinions expressed are my own and I stand by them 100%.

### 5/5 — go-to game while waiting in line

*2025-09-06, version 2.5*

I learned to play this a million years ago as a kid & was elated to see it as an app. I haven't experienced any of the woes that others have commented on. Also love the no ads🩷👯🩷

### 4/5 — Good game - constructive feedback to make your game better!

*2025-08-19, version 2.5*

Faults are the AI always has your card to sweep so we play the AI rather than a natural player who makes different choices which makes it good as tactically outsmart one dimensional computer.
Insane is not insane as normal seems harder.
-When you have a certain build in my rules you cannot place a card on table and have to pick what you build up making it a skill to get a sweep. (Clareza)
-points should be to 31 and not 21
-2 pairs (teams) computer would be a nice feature
-maybe adding a timer for each player turn would be fun adding a speed and hectic game feature.

### 2/5 — Wrong Dealing ruins building

*2025-07-25, version 2.5*

Your Rule Wrong!
“ …and then draws a card so that they have four cards in their hand again.”

No! Only when all players finish playing their 4 cards are you supposed to deal 4 more to each!

If I am building, and the opponent cannot take my build, but gets another card dealt immediately, they have greater chances of stealing my continuing builds, multiple card builds. It takes the fun out of the game. I will not play this.

Cant stand an honest review. So many matches. Not even remotely random hands. Doesn’t even know the right rules. Total junk app that does not even understand the basic concepts of the game. AI never plays correctly even on insane. Pure garbage. But keep deleting my review and i will keep posting as you clearly recognize that your app is junk and has not even a basic understanding of the game of cassino. Keep letting the AI give up sweeps and never fix the junk you call a game and i will keep calling you out. Too bad you cant stand honest feedback from someone who has been playing this game for over 50 years.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, but I have never deleted any reviews. The hands are dealt completely randomly, so you are bound to get unlucky sometimes. The insane level does make some attempt to avoid giving up sweeps, but sometimes it will knowingly give up a sweep when it thinks it has no better option.

### 1/5 — Now censoring honest reviews

Update - so tired of this cheating fixed hand game. The sheer number of matches per hand is ridiculous no way these are random deals. You have a math degree - yep I googled you - and put out this statistical mess. How sad. Take it down and fix the app. You never learned how to play this game correctly and sadly it shows. I would lay waste to you every time in real life. Stick to day trading may be you are better at that but given your math abilities as evidenced by this piece of junk I doubt it. Stop coding rigged junky apps. THANK YOU FOR TOTALLY RUINING THE GAME OF CASSINO
