## What is Castelló SMC?

El servei de Manteniment de la Ciutat naix amb la vocació de ser una ferramenta útil per al ciutadà i per a l'Administració municipal de Castelló. 

La nostra ciutat ha crescut en magnitud, en nombre d'habitants i, per tant, també en el volum de serveis que atenen la bon atenció dels nostres carrers, parcs i tots els espais públic de comuna convivència.

L'Ajuntament de Castelló vol que la nostra ciutat estiga en les millors condicions possibles per a potenciar la qualitat de vida dels seus habitants. Per a això posem a disposició dels ciutadans esta aplicació en què, de forma directa, on-line, qualsevol veí o veïna pot comunicar l'existència d'un desperfecte urbà o una alerta sobre la possible disfunció d'un servei.

En quant la seua comunicació siga rebuda es posarà en marxa un dispositiu tècnic que intentarà solucionar qualsevol problema que sorgisca. A més, vosté podrà consultar en qualsevol moment l'estat de resolució de la seua queixa o suggeriment.

La col·laboració ciutadana es convertix ací en un element imprescindible per a que entre tots i totes aconseguim que cada dia Castelló siga una ciutat millor. Per tant, per endavant, moltes gràcies per la seua participació.

Suelo usarla y me encanta; pero hoy no me deja subir la foto de una incidencia. Se cierra automáticamente al intentar subir una foto

Hoy día 23/10/23 me dispongo a usar el tren como transporte público y me encuentro con un parking en los adyacentes a la estación que ni los gorrillas están.Parking insuficiente y en el lugar donde “parece “que también se aprovecha para poder dejar el vehículo, existen unos socavones que puedes dejarte el coche sin uso debido a ellos.Agradecería al menos, un pequeño relleno, que al menos no impidiera acceder y eso q no ha llovido todavía.
Agradezco de antemano este servicio y espero una pronta respuesta a él mismo.

Han instalado unos bancos y mesas nuevos en toda esta Avda. pero desde su instalación hasta la fecha su mantenimiento (limpieza) ha sido cero lo que conlleva que a estas alturas estén tan sucios (da asco verlos) que imposible su utilización.
Tanto costaría que al menos una vez a la semana alguien se encargase de su limpieza?
La finalidad última de hacer las cosas no es solamente hacerlas y ya está sino además darles un mantenimiento adecuado. Esto debería entrar en el presupuesto inicial del proyecto.

Más de un mes para que limpien la calle y al final he tenido que ir al ayuntamiento para reclamar, haber si ahora ya lo solucionan.

Es una buena idea. Hace falta que la gente la use y el ayuntamiento haga caso. 

En cuanto a la aplicación en sí, la selección de idioma al entrar por primera vez se ve descentrado en el iPhone 5. 

Además, el botón "atrás" al entrar en un menú es innecesario ya que se puede hacer deslizando el dedo y no queda muy bien estéticamente. 

No he podido encontrar una opción para ver las incidencias de otras personas. Sería interesante poder verlas y darles "votos" para que aumentase la preferencia.
