Some reliability fixes:

- Podcasts now resume automatically after a phone call or other interruption.
- Fixed an issue where new episodes could stop auto-downloading once your storage filled up. Played episodes are now reliably cleaned up when Auto-Delete Played is on, and auto-download no longer holds onto episodes you can't see.
