Get some basic recording gear and get auditioning! ### 5/5 — Need help *2026-08-30* Heya! So I been trying to create a new account but it has been declining me. Whenever I click resend it says to wait a second, when I try it again it says the same thing. It also doesn’t even send the code to my email. And it’s really frustrating me, please don’t pressure yourselves because of my complaint but I was just wondering why it isn’t working? I been trying everything, I don’t have discord or anything to email you guys either. ### 2/5 — Wasn’t able to sign up *2026-08-30* This app looks really nice but I wasn’t able to log in giving me the error code 429 because of my password. ### 1/5 — Could be great *2026-08-24* I’ve been locked out of my account for two weeks now with absolutely no response from anyone on the team. The resend button isn’t and hasn’t been sending anything, I know it’s not going to spam and I know it’s the correct email because when I try to create an account it says email taken. I’ve emailed support, been on the discord and talked to the bot, they told me to email a different address, and done all the steps I’ve been told with absolutely nothing showing up in my inbox and not a single email from support. Could be great, but support is nonexistent. I would put this on the feedback board, but I can’t get into my account. Edit: I still haven’t heard from support at all and i never unsubscribed to those emails. What i ended up doing to get around it was making a brand new email and linking it to that, i then went in and changed the subscription because I noticed it was off and clicked save but every time I tried a specific email it would turn them back off when I eventually found my way back into the account by verifying with a different account. The issue was that I still have not heard anything from support and there might be a bug that was turning off the subscriptions when I would verify with a new account. The attitude is so unappreciated when I went through all channels of contact before finally making a review a month after I was locked out. I even tried to report bug, but you can’t do that if you’re locked out. **Developer response:** I believe support fixed your account a week or so ago. It's because you unsubscribed from account emails, which included reset password emails. Maybe don't do that next time. ### 1/5 — Can’t Send a Message *2026-08-20* I have an iPhone and I can’t send a message to anyone using the app. Please fix!!! Otherwise this app is next to useless **Developer response:** Hi there, approximately 20,000 messages have been sent so far with the app. It's been working fine. If you have an issue, I suggest writing in to support, who can actually help you.
