Then the levels got way too hard to win and wanted me to keep purchasing. When you lose 5 or 6 games in a row because it’s not winnable, time to leave because it was no longer fun to play. I don’t mind buying sometimes, but it got ridiculous. I also spend a decent amount of money in the game. I enjoy the game- its prizes and am at a successful level on a team that is fairly high in the ranks. This current team is at a standstill for reorganization because the leader and only co-leaders have long ago abandoned the team. The developer response is that they have no way to help in this situation. This leaves the team to flounder with no way to remove inactive players and reorganize. The only option as a competitive player, it seems, is to leave the team or play on a team with an obvious handicap. Would love if the developer could come up with a way to help a team in this situation. I’m a co leader on my team on my very active team. But as stated every time I try to click on the icon to play it simply blinks off & won’t let me play. I’m told many of my teammates are also having problems. The real problem is the customer service. If you report an error, they make you wait days only to ask for "video proof." Nobody records every single level they play, and they know that. As soon as you can't provide a video, they claim "nothing is abnormal" and shut the door. They don't want to help; they treat players like an annoyance. Once the chat is closed, that’s it. No accountability, no real support. Played on team Michigan since the start. Then I’ve had connection issues. Did everything they said to do and nothing. Then decided to delete the app and reinstalled. Well it started me back at game one. Lost my team and all my stats. Can get no help from their support team. Advice do not spend a dime on this game. Very dissatisfied with their support team. Maybe they will figure it out but looks like they are not interested in helping with the problem. BEWARE. Started again. Deleted and reinstalled. Still just closing out. Can’t even connect back to support. So dissatisfied and disappointed with this app. Should get full refund on all I’ve spent playing this game. If not all your progress will not be saved and no matter how much $ you spend on the game the developers are not willing to help. My original request (Conversation ID: #44066) was sent on Monday, April 6, 2026. It took five days for your 'staff' to reply, only for them to ignore my questions, claim the logs showed 'no abnormality,' and then lock the chat so I couldn’t even respond. I have screenshots proving the issue exists. Telling me to look for 'red dots' in a menu doesn’t fix a broken game. If this is how you handle technical support, I can only imagine the incompetence when it comes to serious issues involving money. ### 1/5 — App developers refuse to help *2026-04-08, version 2.46.0* I have reported someone who is spamming loads of teams and causing havoc but they refuse to do anything stating they can't! It's hard to ban someone who jumps in and out of the teams. Be warned, you will get spammed with loads of adverts from level 800. On main page shows the game as finished but when I click on the treasure box it says I’ll receive awards when finished. Why won’t it release? I finished the basketball court and am on round 178 of castle league and completed 4 rounds since completing the game. I love the game but this is the second time I haven’t been able to receive prizes earned ### 3/5 — Great if you don’t have problems *2026-03-22, version 2.44.0* I keep having problems with this game. Hopefully you don’t. Because if you do, they will never get back to you. I have deleted and reinstall this game so many times trying to fix problems. I have been trying to get in touch with these people and nobody will get back to me. I tried to get help on Facebook also. Don’t put money into it cause you’ll lose it all. And don’t believe people that said there are no ads because every time you want to earn a booster you have to watch an ad all you have to use up all your coins. And the boosters are not that cheap. You are maybe 30 coins a game if you’re lucky and sometimes you can win up to 100 but then you have to pay 900 to 1900 for a booster. However my phone is not old. I have very little installed in my phone- even deleted many things that I did have in case that was an issue. I have deleted the game & reinstalled it several times. I have done a factory reset on my phone (which was a pain in my butt). I love this game & really miss playing it. I don’t know what else to do. It’s really upsetting.
