### 1.8.1 — 2026-07-19

The following modifications and additions have been made:

- Moved up the timing of the free space check during the update process. Also tightened the check threshold to make it easier to detect insufficient free space.
- Revised the error messages displayed when an error occurs.
- Changed a screen to be displayed if the update process does not complete successfully.
- Increased the amount of information collected for debugging purposes.

### 1.8.0 — 2026-07-07

For users who have been using this app for some time, a data update process will be performed the first time you launch the app after updating to this version.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but please keep the app open while the data update process is underway.

The following improvements and additions have been made:

- Improved the display performance of the castle list screen.
- Improved the stability of the castle details screen.
- Added a progress indicator that appears until the share sheet is displayed when executing the share function on the castle details screen, or the castle data export and photo export functions on other screens.
- Added a progress indicator to the photo addition screen to show status while photos are being added.
- Added contact and app rating links to the "Other" screen.
- Added a screen that displays the progress of data updates.
- On the castle details screen, the castle name is now displayed at the top of the screen.

### 1.7.0 — 2026-03-08

Some of the feature additions, changes, and fixes listed in the v1.5.0 release notes were not updated correctly.
This function has been reflected again in this version.
We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

The newly added features are as follows:

- Added the ability to copy castle names, readings, rōmaji, and address from the details screen.
- Added the ability to display the location of the target castle from the details screen.
- Added the ability to open Apple Maps and Google Maps from the details screen to view the castle's location.

The changes and corrections that have been reflected are as follows:

- Fixed an issue where long tags would overflow the tag list on the tag addition screen and filter screen.
- Revised English localization.

The following is the release content of this version.

The following features have been added:

- Added a match condition toggle switch to the tag filter.
- Added a function to indicate the filter enabled state.
- A region item has been added to the castle details screen.
- A function has been added to display a confirmation dialog when you press the Done button on the tag addition screen when there are tags that have not been added.

The following changes and fixes have been made:

- The order of tags displayed on the tag filter has been changed to alphabetical order.
- In iOS26, the color of the share button has been changed to black.
- In the castle sharing function, we have made a change so that extra parentheses, spaces, and line breaks are not added when rōmaji, tags, or notes are not present.
- We have fixed the issue where the photo name would not change even if the castle number was changed. To fix this issue, we have changed the timing for determining the photo name from when the photo is registered to when it is output.
- The Japanese localization has been revised.
- In the English version, the layout of the Basic Information section on the Castle Details screen has been changed to display the location field name on one line.
- Fixed an issue where the "My" icon for my castle was cut off in the English version.
- Fixed an issue where all castles would be displayed when returning to the list after changing castle information from the castle list on the map screen.
- Fixed an issue where "No Results" would not be displayed on the castle list screen when there were no filter results.
- Fixed an issue where the delete button was not displayed in the new tag input field on the tag addition screen.
- Fixed an issue where multiple tags with the same name would be created when entering the same string multiple times up to the maximum character limit of 30 on the tag addition screen.
- Fixed an issue where data exported using the castle data export function was not sorted by castle number.

### 1.6.0 — 2026-03-01

- We have introduced a mechanism to collect logs for investigation when the app unexpectedly terminates.
- We have introduced a system that automatically updates the license list screen.
