I have six tickets with their support team, all but one of which have been closed mid conversation and without resolution. The final ticket has been open for about a month, and although the representative was very kind, there has been little to no urgency in trying to help me finally access my benefits. At this point, I have given up and will be deleting Castlight. Within moments of opening it, this is the second time I’ve been asked to rate it. However, their system does not recognize my preventative care visits or screening and there is no way to get help with this other than spending hours trying to get past visits “coded differently.” I am missing out on a few hundreds of dollars of promised awards due to this ineptitude that seems like a feature to them and a “bug” to me. ### 1/5 — Not impressed *2025-11-24, version 12.28.0* It’s unfortunate I can’t get direct answer. I have dental insurance but not with my work. Therefore I can’t get points when a have my dental checkup.
