En créant un compte citoyen et en vous y connectant via l’application Castor+, vous pouvez :
- signaler un incident sur la ville (trou dans la rue, …) en temps réel grâce à la géolocalisation et à la prise de photos.
- poser une question, quelle que soit votre demande, à l’aide d’un formulaire simple et rapide.
- accéder à votre compte citoyen pour y gérer vos informations personnelles.

Toutes vos demandes seront traitées par les services de la ville de Bourges. Une réponse pourra vous être apportée, si vous le souhaitez (par SMS, mail, téléphone, courrier).
