Hopefully NUFC will cut ties with Castore and go to a bigger and more professionally run company. Avoid ordering unless you want to be disappointed. Don’t believe me take a look at TrustPilot. ### 4/5 — Review - Search Tool Too Perscriptive *2023-05-26, version 3* Excellent products and generous easy to access, unfortunately the search tool is too prescriptive and, at times it is really difficult to find products. ### 4/5 — Great app but could be much better *2023-04-13, version 2.9* I’m a regular customer and use the app frequently. There are many features I like but the one thing that annoys me, is that there are no options to filter what you’re looking for. In the outlet, for example, I don’t want to have to scroll through women's and children’s clothes. Similarly, you can’t filter sizes, colours etc. This would make it much more user friendly and encourage me to use it more. ### 1/5 — Unable to use in US *2023-02-11, version 2.3* Apparently I can’t login to my account, even though it’s not an issue on the site. Doesn’t appear to have a way to change your region settings either. ### 2/5 — No Filter by Gender/Size Option?? *2022-11-15, version 1.8* Love the products, the app is easy to use and it’s handy having notifications on offers etc. but there’s a few issues with this app. Several sections (Outlet for example) you can’t even filter by gender so when browsing half of the products are not of interest. You also can’t filter by size which reduces the range of suitable products further.
