I downloaded the app and bought a single copy for $3.99. App took my money but would not download magazine until I  created a login and gave up some personal info.
 I decided to write off the 3.99 and delete the app.

Had some bugs initially when transferring previous purchases, but those appear to have been fixed. Seems to operate as expected- no complaints.
