Otherwise I enjoy the game. So let me tell you what the paid version gets you: 1. No pop up ads after a successful round. That’s it. You still have hearts (if you’re lucky, but I’ll get to that), which is what I was gunning for when I got the paid version, but the refill counter is buggy, and there have been many instances when I’ve logged on for the first time that day to find that I only have one heart to play with. Any giving up ruins my chance to play for the rest of the day because a. I only have a little time each day to sit down for these things, and b. closing out of the app or staying in the app, doesn’t seem to make them load any faster—or at all, sometimes. Instead of loading hearts at the counter’s promised 15-minute mark, I’ve gotten a number of ads to watch instead to refill my heart counter or get any of the non-paid bonuses. While I’ve paid for a handful of lackluster apps, this is the first one I’ve been actively disappointed by. Since I’m being coerced to watch virtually the same amount of ads that I would have watched had I not paid for this, I would strongly recommend sticking to the free version. ### 4/5 — Very easy *2026-04-17, version 0.2.5* It gets easier the more ads you watch ### 3/5 — Bad ideas *2026-04-09, version 0.2.5* I welcome the creativity of certain types of cats, but most of the advanced ones make the game not fun to play anymore. The worsts are the bomb cats: only 4 turns to completely empty these or we lose? That’s a bad idea. At that point no levels could be won without multiple power ups, as many as 1/2 dozen. You can watch an ad and get a powerup, but they are exceptionally long, at least 30 seconds. That piles up when you need to use a lot of power up’s. Terrible idea…..changed the game dynamics. No longer just a fun yet challenging game but now it’s basically timed. If you take too long the cats explode. Total game changer. However once the ‘exploding’ cats kick in, games becomes UNPLAYABLE without additional purchases.
