Often when you’re looking for a part, it’s because your machines broken down on site with limited access to cell service and time. Tool listings are difficult to navigate and interpret. Bugs galore. Sometimes I have to log in multiple times. Other times it won’t res nicely without logging in. I’m a mechanical engineer by training and trying to find the next lower assembly diagram to find the part is virtually impossible.
