In the story of a choice game I really didn’t have many choices to choose from what to say or what to do. It made me feel pointless being the so called “Instructor”, whilst the game put it in a way that I wasn’t doing anything to contribute to the team. My character barely knew what was going on, which makes me feel bad. One of the worst things about this was the fact that I couldn’t even play as my own character in the fight mini games, Now THAT REALLY made me feel worthless. This game also failed to get to the point of “showing me the ropes” of how it worked. It kept instructing me to play the levels instead of teaching me the mechanics. This kind of stuff only fits an extremely specific group of players. It’s got nice graphics and voiced characters and all that, but there was just no foundation in the story. ### 3/5 — Won’t download *2026-02-12, version 1.0.30* Looks like a great game but when it tells me there is extra content that needs to be download I look at the download bar and it say 0% and doesn’t change, I have uninstalled and restarted and nothing has worked. Which some were valid, this game very heavily uses p2w tactics, and the game is just filled with too much micromanagement. However, when I played it those were the only two problems I encountered. The story was unique and really charming, I found myself wanting to know what would happen next. The gameplay was very cool, the card merging was pretty fun and provided a different experience than what I’m used to. Overall, this game for sure has issues, but the charming characters and a strong enough story can pull people into the game ### 2/5 — Stürzt ab *2025-05-14* Eigentlich ein schönes Game, stürzt aber dauern ab und kickt einen raus. While I can read the text, the “voices” setting is stuck on Japanese. I think it’s going to kill me. ### 3/5 — Time passer but enjoyable for the first couple of months *2025-04-26* For the first couple of months it was fun to play, but then as time went on, it got tedious and repetitive. I got bored of the game. The character designs were okay, the animations okay as well. Wish there were playable characters that were male, but since this is (assuming) targeted towards male players I can understand. The over exaggerated proportions of the characters started to get annoying, with everyone having either a humongous chest or risqué clothing. The events were alright, but you’d have to use currency if you wanted to get all the rewards available. It did crash whenever I participated in the arena or other activities. I enjoyed playing while it lasted. ### 2/5 — WHY! I wanna play the game please!!! *2025-03-14, version 1.0.24* I was so excited and thrilled to find this game, I loved how it is when I saw it on the AppStore however I don’t even know what the game is like!!! WHY?! Because the loading takes furever (pun intended hehehe)! I tried at least 6 or 7 times, it will never load, please fix that. I am very annoyed and upset by that! 🤬! However I feel generous, 3 stars or maybe 2! ### 2/5 — Typisches Gacha-Game *2025-02-15* Also im Allgemeinen kann man schon sehr viel Zeit in das Game dumpen. Alleine die täglichen 2-Stunden-online-Belohnungen wollen abgeholt werden. Das Kampfsystem is bekannt, die Kartenmechanik nun auch nicht ganz neu. Optisch schön gemacht, wobei der Bildschirm beim Nachladen von rund 4GB mehr verspricht, als das Spiel dann am Ende hält. Denn nur Premium-Charakter, und davon auch nur ein paar wenige, haben die im Ladebildschirm bereitgestellte “Funktion”. Was aber gar nicht geht sind die Preise. Abgesehen vom bereits von anderen erwähnten Monatspass für schlappe 34,99 € will man dir als Spieler auch noch 3,99 € im Monat (!) für die 3-fache Geschwindigkeit im Auto-Modus verkaufen. Ich verstehe, das Unternehmen die solche Spiele… entwickeln… Geld verdienen müssen um Angestellte und Rechnungen zu bezahlen; aber das hier ist ein Witz - auch wenn es 300 “normale” Pulls über 30 Tagen verteilt gibt. Denn abgesehen von den “normalen” Charakter-Bannern gibt es zwei weitere Varianten mit ganz eigener Ingame-Währung, die unglaublich teuer sind. 3 Sterne, weil die Story ganz okay ist und die Aufmachung etwas anderes. Why we cant fight against e.o. without these breaks of 6 hours. Way too much hours… ### 5/5 — Really adorable! *2025-01-15* I didn't think I would like this game as much as I have been. I love cats so to have a whole game that's cat themed is really nice. The graphics are very well optimized and are cute while still being unique in its presentation. I like how you can be a female main character as well though even playing as a girl most of the characters will interact with you in a flirty/romantic way which i understand as it would be annoying to rewrite the encounters but I was hoping it would lean more towards me being really close friends with all the girls. The outfits are pretty risqué of course but as long as you know what you're signing up for it's not that bothersome in my opinion and the outfits are still pretty regardless so I don't mind. The burst/ultimate (however you want to call them) animations are super nice too and every rarity has a unique one. The events are well done and pretty frequent and the spotlight dash is a really generous addition that allows you to get an SSR unit for playing in the events. The only thing I think they could improve is this mobile version can sometimes get me stuck in a loading screen that requires me to quit and restart which is a little annoying but other than that it all works as intended. Again the thing that keeps me really hooked on this game is its theming and just how colorful it is plus the cats that have little swords or outfits on is adorable. ### 3/5 — Fun, a little tedious, a little unfair *2024-12-23* So far I have been enjoying the game; collecting cat girls and leveling them up. The main problem I have is that in order to progress a character further you need to summon them several times in order to ascend. Most games do this and that isn’t a problem, what IS a problem is that the likelihood of you being able to get the needed character is abysmally low, on top of the fact that you need an increasing amount in order to maximize their capabilities. You need to summon the same character around 9 to 10 times in order to fully upgrade them. That’s not okay. The promotion for pulls didn’t lend me any chance to finish an SR character to at least half, and even then I didn’t finish most lower ranking characters until well after. ### 5/5 — To the devs *2024-12-13, version 1.0.24* The additional data wont download pls help ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Game won’t work *2025-11-07, version 1.0.30* I’m only doing one star because the game just won’t work it’s says downloading but the downloading screen never changes and I have more than enough storage space for the game I honestly don’t know why it won’t work ### 1/5 — Rigged Summoning System *2025-07-03, version 1.0.30* Wording states that during an event summon, if you don’t receive the featured SSR character, the next SSR will be guaranteed. Well, I went through the entire cycle and it wasn’t guaranteed. Don’t spend any $$$ as it is a scam. Lost interest when it gave me a bunch of human dudes in my first summon. If you’re going to have a gimmick at least stick to it. Guess I’ll just wait for Nekopara Sekai Connect to release in 2026 to get a Catgirl game that actually sticks to its theme. ### 1/5 — Very misleading game description *2024-12-23, version 1.0.24* The game markets itself as a “Catgirl waifu game”, but the majority of summons in the standard pool aren’t Catgirls. In my first batches of 10x summons, over half were male humans/monsters - at odds with “Immerse yourself in a world where cats transform into captivating anime girls and beloved waifus”. In the R pool, 50% of characters aren’t Catgirls, and in the SR pool, 1/3 aren’t Catgirls. Most summons will be R (or SR) so a lot of summons will not be Catgirls. This bait and switch is frustrating and not explained. I’d love to return to the game if this were addressed. The game could allow players to remove characters they don’t want after summoning them. This would accommodate people who want non Catgirl characters and people who want a "Catgirl-only" experience (in line with the game descriptions). Forcing players to have characters they don't want in their roster that are inconsistent with the game descriptions will lead to frustration, and people dropping the game. Feedback has been difficult to provide. Global support do not reply to emails. It’s a strange choice by the developers, especially given the huge number of games they’re competing against. Games like Starseed Asnia, Girls’ Frontline 2, and Nikke deliver exactly what they promise, providing amazing characters, gameplay and stories. These games provide low rarity summons that are still consistent with their theme unlike Cat Fantasy. ### 1/5 — Meh *2024-12-23, version 1.0.24* The concept and the visuals are great. It’s certainly eye candy. That being said that’s about it. You plateau quickly and the game play gets repetitive instantly. Not to mention the iap is so expensive for a game I am not sure will stick around. You get stuck and it’s expensive to spend money in this gane. You have to decide for yourself if it’s worth it. Often feels like it’s just bouncing around and inconsistent. But my main issue is this game does not respect your time. The idea and foundation is there for a very fun and addictive game; However, there are far too many things to micro manage between the cafe,characters,mini games, loot grinding,fishing, and the list goes on just far too many things to do that all require different amounts of time and materials. A lot of the in game purchases simply are not worth it and are pretty predatorial. While the game is okay it needs much improvement with the amount of good gotchas on the market right now. ### 1/5 — Mediocre Cash Grab *2024-10-26* I tried to like this. I’ve played for 60 days since global launch, but this wannabe Epic Seven gacha is just not there. The events are lazy and even though sweeping exists in main game modes, they intentionally omit it in these single level event fights just so you keep your game running for longer than it should. PVP matchmaking is also super mid. Theres simply not enough players and they end up pairing you up with the same person 3 times in a row. 99% of the time it just comes down to who goes first with the higher CP. Their failsafe is to give you an easy against a win if you lose 3, but then you’re right back to playing the same person again right after. Theres no reason for all these resource types, but every little thing requires a different resource that you need to grind for. You need to upgrade outfits, affection, gear, refine gear, skills, and more. But I have it back now… whatever the reason for it doing a little poorly… Please continue to update it, this is an adorable game with so many cute good features!! It can become a much bigger game, please don’t give up on it..
