This game sucks

I can’t even get past the main screen. I choose the cat, create a name, hit play, and nothing happens. It does say it’s connecting, but then stops. I’ve tried all sorts of names, thinking I have to have a unique name, but no luck. It looks like a great game and I would love to be able to play it! I will give a proper review when I’m able to play.
