本アプリは記録のための手帳です。獣医療の専門的な助言・診療の代わりにはなりません。猫の健康について気になることは、必ず獣医師にご相談ください。

「ねこ腎ノート」は、腎臓ケアが必要な猫と暮らす飼い主さんのための、毎日の記録手帳アプリです。体重・飲水・ごはん・輸液・投薬・通院メモ・検査値を、あなたの手元でシンプルに記録・整理できます。

■ できること
【記録する】
体重、飲水量、ごはん、輸液、投薬、通院メモ、検査値（クレアチニン、BUN、SDMA、リン、カリウム、ヘマトクリット、尿比重）を数タップで記録。気づいたことは自由メモに残せます。

【振り返る】
記録した数値を時系列のグラフで見返せます。グラフは記録した点をそのまま描くだけ。数値の評価や判定は行いません。

【獣医さんから聞いた値のメモ】
かかりつけの獣医さんから聞いた目標体重や1日の飲水量の目安、次の検査予定日を控えておけます。控えた値はグラフに参考線として表示できます。これはあなたの獣医さんの指示の控えであり、アプリが決めた基準ではありません。

【まとめて共有】
記録をレポート（PDF）やCSVにまとめて、通院時に獣医さんへ見せる準備ができます。レポートは「飼い主による記録」を見やすく整えたものです。

【リマインダー】
あなたが設定した時刻に「（設定した名前）の時間です」とお知らせします。通知の内容はあなたが決めた名前の再掲のみです。
