There is not enough time to read and understand instructions or to move around and do things before an ad triggers and interrupts you. There is so much detail and many moving elements and upgrades that it is impossible to figure out what to do in time. After the ad you have try and find where you were up to, only to be hit with another ad. You would have to pay to progress levels instantly or pay to remove ads. However, making the game practically impossible to progress without spending money is hard to justify. And at the very least, if a player has made a purchase, shouldn’t they be able to complete the event without being forced to spend even more? The game itself is incredibly cute and genuinely fun to play. Unfortunately, the monetization system makes it difficult to keep enjoying the game. Honestly, I have to wonder who thought this was a good idea. I’d much rather see a subscription model or even a higher one-time purchase price. At the very least, there should be a guaranteed package for each event that allows players to complete it without relying on endless spending or luck. A few weeks ago the game developer took away the 5x coins portion. This should not be allowed. My enjoyment playing this game plummeted as progression totally stalled due to the change.
