paid to have ads removed, ads never removed. when i try to restore purchases, it asks for passwords (i don’t use pws, i use my face lol)

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The Ad Removal product removes interstitial ads, but rewarded ads may still appear when you choose to watch them for rewards.

If interstitial ads are still appearing after purchase, please contact us at help@goodcirclegames.com with your purchase details so we can check it as quickly as possible.

Also, restoring purchases may require store account authentication. Since this process is handled by the store system, it is not something we can control or intervene in. We also do not request or collect your password. Thank you.

This has promise and would be cute if it actually worked properly. The cats are adorable and the animation style is cute. Unfortunately it doesn’t work right. Sometimes when you are playing match 3 the buttons are not responding correctly. It’s very frustrating because it happened several times in each level until it frustrated me so much I decided to uninstall it.

Recently started playing this game. I enjoy the puzzles. You play to adopt  cats, and place them in homes that you can decorate. You can also dress them. When you’re not playing the main puzzle game, there are mini games to play with the cats for extra rewards. I find the game is pretty generous with its resources so you’re able to get a good amount of gameplay in one sitting. The ads are reasonably spaced out and I don’t find them annoying or disruptive. I have just reached level 200. Developer was very responsive when I brought up an issue that has since been resolved.
