## What is Cat® SIS2GO?

The Cat® SIS2GO app helps you maintain, troubleshoot, and repair your Cat equipment.

 Two levels of SIS2GO access are available:
      • Cat Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Parts Manuals, and the ability to identify, verify and seamlessly order Cat parts from independent Cat dealers are available to all users at no charge.

       • An affordable monthly or annual subscription (offered by Caterpillar) gives access to comprehensive Cat Service Manual information. The subscription provides troubleshooting guides, step-by-step repair procedures, tooling information, hydraulic and electrical schematics, and more. Access to service manual information in SIS2GO is included with a SIS 2.0 subscription (offered by Cat dealers). 

Optimized for mobile devices, SIS2GO offers a simple, intuitive, and efficient user interface to access Service, Parts, and Operation and Maintenance Manual information. SIS2GO downloaded content is accessible whether you’re connected or not, so you can rely on SIS2GO even when working on the most remote job site.

And for any purchases, following is the terms

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at-least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

I’ve used this successfully for 4 years. Here lately my 3D model will not let me select anything. I’ve reinstalled the app and everything. Please fix it! Cannot do my job without it.

Unfortunately it seems most of the equipment i have has crashed. Non of my equipment will update. It starts to update then fails. This was a great app when it worked. It seem as if it’s getting worse not better.

Ive tried and tried again over the course of several months and this app never works on my MacBook Air M1

It worked the first couple times I opened the app. Now I just get the opening black screen with SIS2GO logo. Useless for now. CAT PLEASE FIX, this is people’s livelihood on the line!!!!!!

I know the standard response from CAT is coming….Thank you for your review, blah, blah, blah. Yet they can’t or won’t fix this worthless app. It’s a continuous loop of signing in, signing up and no working pages. What a complete disaster for something that’s supposed to be helping me with my fleet. You should all be embarrassed.

Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, tried different logins which I know work, it either gets stuck in a login loop or if you manage to get past that and try to download a machine it gets stuck at 90% and will not complete. In the past when it did work everything was mixed up making searching for things impossible.
