It just keeps loading but nothing happens. It was ahead of its time in a lot of ways and I know it could still be successful even in today’s mobile gaming market. Yet now there are new problems; the prompts to collect rewards on all the menus do nothing and in the shop when I try to purchase an item, it takes whatever currency I used but doesn’t give me the item. It would be most appreciated if the devs regularly did maintenance on this game. Also the social feature could use an update, like a general chat or something similar. Those are my thoughts on this. I sincerely hope they listen and do more then just consider about what I’ve said. When I go to claim the claim button does a loading type deal then a notice pops up that says “ Unable to claim rewards error “. Vainglory was one of the best mobile games created. Please bring it back, pump some money into advertisements and get everything back to how it was. I miss playing Vainglory. If you guys haven’t noticed, everybody does. You guys had something great and you’re letting it all go to waste. The longer the game is out it’s just going to lose traction completely ### 1/5 — "Super Evil..." it's all in the name *2024-10-19* Like Vainglory, the devs have largely abandoned this game, so there's not much point supporting it by investing real money. I have a build that gives me tremendous advantages over other players (without spending real money), so I get to enjoy facerolling everyone except the hard-core pay-to-play players, often scoring between 50-70 kills per game (without any deaths); but I don't imagine this is much fun for players on the receiving end. Once you invest a certain amount of time in a specific build it becomes detrimental to change, because it takes too long to level up multiple gear sets enough to gain access to their unique advantages. So, if you picked the wrong build based on personal play style, thinking it will balance out with the other builds over the long run, you thought wrong. For example, mortar and rocket builds will rollstomp assault/battle rifle builds. Always. Assault rifles have short range and are blocked by obstacles, whereas rockets and mortars have great range and can bypass obstacles, while also providing concussive damage, meaning accuracy doesn't matter much. Rockets/mortars feel like God-mode, which gets boring after a while. The store provides little variety, and unless you don't mind spending hundreds of dollars on legendary gear sets (and more to level them up), there isn't much to buy that will enhance your game experience. Players eventually discover this and feel like they've been conned into playing a game that has no interest in being fair and balanced. My advice is play it casually, and don't invest a dime. ### 1/5 — Pay to win garbage *2024-08-17, version 0.23.1* Absolutely filled with micro transactions every time you open the game or even after matches. Never getting a dime from me after erasing hundreds of dollars in VG. Re Developer: your balance changes mean absolutely nothing for micro transactions or your scammy business practices as a company. This was a failed attempt. 3 year update: oh wow, SEMC gave their only game two updates in TWO YEARS. You should dissolve the company and take this down.
