Catalyst Fitness is Western New York’s Premier gym, offering the most qualified certified personal trainers in the industry, cutting-edge equipment, motivating group fitness classes, and much more at 7 locations in the surrounding area.The new Catalyst Fitness App was created by Smart Health Clubs to give you better access to our fitLab and group fitness classes.
Use this app to view up-to-date class schedules, review bios of your favorite instructors, and book your spot in class. Don’t miss your chance to guarantee a place in our motivating heart-pounding workouts!

The Catalyst Fitness app uses the Health app (HealthKit) that is pre-installed on your iPhone to sync nutrients and workouts data. Because of this, the app will ask you to grant read and write access to your nutrients and workouts data.
Your Health sync data is only visible to you and is not sent to anyone but yourself.

I love the people who work at catalyst. They are mostly personable and listen and are otherwise kind. This goes a long way in my opinion!! Thankful for the cleaning crew and the owners who are on top of making sure that this gym is an A gym. Great job guys and gals!

First let me say the staff is friendly and helpful at the Maple Rd gym. I enjoy our classes for Hope Chest with Dawn. Since joining I’ve not lost, but I haven’t gained, but my endurance has grown and I no longer get winded when going up and down the stairs.

I just joined Robbie Raugh’s Raw Cuts and how awesome ! Andrea helped me sign in and showed me around and as nervous as I was she assured me that I would like it here and that we all start some place , she made it very easy for me ! So thank you Robbie and Andrea. Also Ashley at the front counter also helped me a lot too , so again thank you to your staff they should be recognized for helping and making me feel more at ease !!
