If this tool worked all the time Id buy it for each one of my players. But now they charge a subscription for a robot. Somehow my pod didnt pick up tonights game- but last week it randomly split the recording and also had random times it was in my bag. Just put a switch on it. Good thing i could hide my garmin watch

This company's product worked fine for me for several years. Then they forced me to upgrade the firmware on my pod and that caused the pod to stop working. After 2+ weeks of back-and-forth they sent me a new pod which also does not work and will not sync. Now it’s been four weeks and no one has offered me any help or solution to correct this problem. I am very frustrated at how bad the service and tech-support is with this company. I would strongly advise everyone to not waste your time or money with Catapult products. Catapult has been a huge disappointment. Would love to get a refund of my money and us go our separate ways.

Absolutely not a user friendly device. Struggling to sync sessions. Keep saying not session found, this after all 3 bars were on when match played. Trying to sync straight after and just keep saying no session found. Feels like a waste of money.
