## What is catch?

a study in precision.

a single tiny pixel waits at the top of the screen.
a single narrow slot waits below.

you slide the catcher. you choose your position.
then you tap play… and commit.

a five second countdown builds the moment.
when it ends, your position locks.

the pixel begins its fall.

ten full seconds of gravity. no speed changes. no second chances. just a straight line and a quiet question… did you line it up perfectly?

if you did, the pixel slips through the slot, settles into the beaker with a soft wiggle, and the screen answers back with a clean, satisfying “great catch”.

if you miss, it doesn’t crash. it drifts, touches, and slowly rolls away while the truth appears: “just missed”.

every catch builds your streak.
every miss resets it to zero.

best streak only shows itself when you earn it. break your own record and the game celebrates with a burst of fireworks.

as your total catches grow, something rare appears.

money balls.

when your catch count hits a multiple of six or seven, the next pixel becomes a living spectrum… shifting, glowing, impossible to ignore.

catch it, and you unlock a new pixel color.

there are 67 in total.

each one transforms the entire world:
text, ball, rail, catcher, and interface all become your chosen color. light colors live on black. dark colors invert the world to white. everything adapts, clean and sharp.
