There would be cool credits that you could claim in the community section and it made me do a lot more shopping than usual because I was saving money but now there’s never any community swaps. So you’re not really saving anything unless you spend something. Most recently, I got dollars off of a new pair of running socks from Darn Tough that I’ll be using for my marathon training. I earned those rewards from my weekly grocery runs. I wish they would give me another chance. ### 1/5 — Customer service is discriminatory *2025-01-18, version 1.2.18* Because of my name they did not accept me and lied and said they do not accept new customers, even though I see ads for this company all the time advertising cash back, I will be suing for false advertising . ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE APP *2024-11-14* I am new to catch and just created my account in September. Its now November and I attempted to complete a transaction (after verifying my identity successfully) and was told my account was blocked because it was flagged for fraud. How is that possible when I haven’t even completed or attempted a transaction through catch? No one could give me an answer and I’m so glad to be deleting my account. Other app’s are less hassle than this one. What a waste of time. I’d like to add I NEVER leave reviews, but I want people to be informed. ### 1/5 — Worse app & full of lies *2024-09-17, version 1.2.7* This app has a referral promotion that your not gonna get, they don’t give you the money or a card, they claim they can’t approve you with no reason why , this all is just full of lies ### 1/5 — Fake *2024-09-16, version 1.2.7* I had my account in 2022 and all the sudden they wanted to say it’s normal to review all accounts and deactivate cards to give it 1-3 days so I gave it a week just to find out they refuse to let me get a card back and they wouldn’t let me use my credits on my card! They just wanted people to share with friends and get more people to use the app so they can “give you credits then take them”. More people that have the app more money they make🤷🏻‍♀️. ### 1/5 — Misleading App *2024-09-16* I was referred by a friend. Was given a credit and was even able to add the card to able wallet. I tried to set a pin then boom my application is still being reviewed. So I reach out to customer service just to be told I need to wait 3 business days. 4 business days past by and then Jenny from catch says oh your application has been denied like huh ? But I already was given a card. The truth is they got wayyyy to many sign ups in one day and didn’t want to pay out the credits they issued! ### 1/5 — Weird.. *2024-09-13, version 1.2.6* These people took pictures of all my identification and pictures of me ( all accurate by the way ) just to tell me they closed my account and can’t tell me why.. after they took my card number identity photos pictures of me and my voters registration.. this app is just weird!! ### 1/5 — Bogus app *2024-09-10, version 1.2.4* They said my account was on suspended due to fraud when I just redownloaded the app today to refer . They payed out quickly, let you use any payment method, and are partnered with a lot of nice companies. They recently changed my account to only be able to use CatchPass, which forces you to use a debit card. This is definitely disappointing. UPDATE: Banned for “breaking Terms of Service” when I clearly didn’t. I love this app! | get rewarded for using my debit card to make purchases and then can use my rewards towards purchasing socks from Darn Tough. I just wish I found it sooner. Today, I opened the app to find this message- "Catch is saying so long!" What?! This is too late to be an April Fool's joke. Please say it ain't so! This is such an awesome model for helping businesses and customers avoid credit card fees and also for customers to get rewarded by using their debit card and purchasing from participating businesses.
