I can’t even open the app. The app just closes right away. Can’t give it any less if we took more pictures than one star.

It would be nice if the permits associated with your account load automatically instead of having to enter your permit information manually. The trip type for personal is off the screen. The keyboard on an iPhone doesn’t retract after the trip type is selected making it so you can’t submit the report. Reports are better don in the web app.
