Catching Ghosts to stay off phone is worth the download.
I caught 10 Ghosts one being one I requested to be added which was Rachel Joy Scott David was quick to research and add her to keep her spirit alive. I also caught Heath Ledger. I can't wait to see how many more I can capture. I also caught Kurt Cobain.

I like how you get 3 chances to leave the app without undoing your work.
I do wish that the display with the timer stayed on. Other apps like Finch do allow this.

We’ve added the ability to pin the timer display in version 2.2! Update your app to try it out.
I get more work done!
This app has improved my productivity by at least x2. I now get more work done and use less time on my phone scrolling through social media endlessly when I should be working. Once I’m sat at my system, I run a focus timer and put that in a loop till I’ve achieved my set goals for that day.
