Everytime I want to reschedule, I need to contact them through live chat, which is the worst live chat I have ever used. I sent them a message and wait for decades for them to reply. On top of that, the live chat doesn’t show the conversation history. To make you more frustrated, they said they need to submit a change request to the facility and make you wait another century to get back to you, and by then, if you’re lucky, your booking can be rescheduled. I rather booking directly with the facility, I can change my booking with just a 30secs phone call. Paying catch corner additional fee and get all the frustrations shows how they treat their business. Never ever going to use it again ### 1/5 — Wasted our time *2026-04-12, version 5.14.5* I planned for a court ahead of time to have an important game with friends. I booked a facility through this app and repeatedly asked for confirmation that I was booked since I was skeptical of the said facility. I repeatedly got confirmation and reassurance from CatchCorner. The day and hour came of my reservation and surprise, we cannot even enter the facility. It’s been a couple of hours after now and I am yet to receive any resolution from CatchCorner. Disappointing. They should have removed the facility from the list if this was the case. ### 1/5 — It’s a scam *2026-02-09, version 5.14.4* Don’t book through them just go straight to the court/field and book. We’ve been asking for a refund cause we got triple booked on basketball court which is obviously a system error and they can’t seem to resolve it for us. It’s really disappointing. Don’t advertise what you can’t so please ### 1/5 — Booking was cancelled by facility *2026-01-07, version 5.14.4* My booking was cancelled by the facility but I never received credit for my payment. I reached out to support and they told me that I need to contact the facility to get my credit card! Does that make sense? You collect my payment but won’t provide the refund? I’ve been text messaging the facility and no reply. I will now have to drive to the facility across town and try to get my payment back. What a pain.
