## What is CatchER?

CatchER (Catch Electronic Returns) is an application for Masters operating in the West Coast Rock Lobster Managed Fishery to electronically  submit  catch and effort  data to the Western Australian Department of Fisheries.  Masters will need to be registered with the Fish Eye commercial fishing online services (visit www.fish.wa.gov.au/FishEye ) and nominated to the online user role ‘Master’ to use CatchER.

To the minister of fisheries - how many millions of dollars did your department waste on this app ??? 
Full of bugs , piss poor programming , sub menu after sub menu repeating the same information with out clarity and the fisheries want us to certify ??? 
Recommend fisherman to stay with the CD-R book !
