## What is CatchNotes?

Coarse Fishing improves fastest when you practice, are consistent, and can spot patterns, but most of the evidence is unstructured. 

Sessions blur together, details get forgotten, and even if you do keep notes they can be difficult to compare. The result is repeating what you 'think' worked, without a clear view of what actually worked across different venues, conditions, and tactics.

CatchNotes turns your fishing history into a structured record that makes trends easy to see. Working with you to understand where you fished, when, how long, what you did, and in what conditions, everything is captured in a consistent format that you can review and presented to show you the signals: which venues switch on under certain wind or pressure, what approaches repeat success, and what’s been a dead end.

CatchNotes is designed to surface insight early, not months later. It helps you connect the dots between sessions so your decisions are based on evidence, not foggy recall, while keeping the experience simple, private, and focused on improvement.
