### 3/5 — No way to keep track records

*2024-08-03, version 1.9*

I think it is essential to put option to keep track records on the words that was already spelt so that we can see which words that the students already know

### 2/5 — Awesomely Impractical

*2020-06-06, version 1.9*

I am a dyslexia specialist and I’m constantly seeking new ways to help my kids learn to read and spell, especially under distance learning circumstances. Curious, I tested this app out myself. IMPOSSIBLE. Most letters I ‘caught’ were at such bizarre angles and kept morphing even less recognizably that even I had no idea what they were at some points. It also doesn’t tell you what word you’re supposed to spell; it starts out with the letters of a word scrambled into a bubble and then you “pop” them and they fly around the room. Catching them is ridiculous and often impossible, and fitting the letters into the tiny, oddly-placed boxes is actually impossible at times because the angles are so problematic. Even if I could more easily catch the letters and put them in the boxes, the player still has no idea what word s/he’s supposed to spell. I was REALLY excited about this for my hyperactive, dyslexic, private student, but there’s no way he would even want to finish catching the letters because it’s so maddening. And if he did put all the letters in the boxes, he wouldn’t be able to unscramble them to create a word. I was so stoked, but now I’m really disappointed. This could’ve been so cool.

### 2/5 — Is there a way to add our own words?

*2019-09-20, version 1.6*

This would be a great app for my students and my own children! But they need to practice certain words. Help!

### 4/5 — Create Own Words

*2019-03-01, version 1.6*

I love the app, but I would love to be able to put my own words in the app. I’m a science teacher and this would be great to use with my students to reinforce vocabulary.

### 4/5 — Fun A.R Experience

*2018-12-29, version 1.6*

Great for young children to spell out common words and keeps them moving.

### 3/5 — Support small letters

*2018-10-19, version 1.5*

### 2/5 — Stuck on Loading the game

*2025-05-24, version 1.9*

.. no update in 5 years? Does this even work?

### 2/5 — Freezes

*2024-11-12, version 1.9*

I tried this out on my iPhone 15 max pro a few weeks ago and it was great. After upgrading to iOS 18, the app freezes after a minute or so of play. I added my own words, which I hadn’t done before, so I’m not sure if it’s the added words or the upgraded os. In any event, based upon the last revision and the old reviews, it looks like the developer is no longer supporting the app.

### 2/5 — Feeling stupid

*2023-09-19, version 1.9*

HOW do I catch the bubbles? Seriously I can’t make it work. I see the bubble and letter I see the white square below it. How is my phone or iPad supposed to catch it? Thank you.

### 2/5 — Lots of Future Potential

*2023-05-07, version 1.9*

The concept of great. However the execution is lacking.

I wish there was a way for the teacher to be able to create a list of words on one device, while students can search for those words on other devices. Similar to how kahoots let’s users on other devices play the game via a generated code. When I put words on the class iPads, students just click on the menu at the top right to see the answer for the words they are looking for, in essence not playing the game how was intended.

I hope they address these things in future updates

### 5/5 — Catchy

*2019-07-14, version 1.6*

It will be great if we can put our own words. That way teachers can play it with the students for spelling. Make it available also in Spanish.

### 5/5 — Awesome potential

*2019-07-13, version 1.6*

This has so much potential for elementary classroom teachers. I wish there was a way to make a word list that would be used so that students could practice sight words and spelling words independently. Also, I feel like they should be able to see the word prior to it being jumbled up so they know the goal. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for this app!

### 5/5 — amazing

*2019-04-11, version 1.6*

its fun and its cool and amazing and
spectaclar
