Inputted my number, verification is pain, code never sent, clicked voice message, verification again, this time at will not accept the verification. I want my info on my drive.

I works on my other iPhone. Now I want to activate it to use my new iPhone 8 Plus. It took a several tries before I proved myself am not a machine, then I never received verification code. Apparently the recent update made it worse than the old version.

I received my CatDrive today. I decided to try this product because the advertisements stated that it was easy to use. The installation and binding went very well. However, nothing else has been easy. There is no way to contact customer support for help. I can’t find any of my documents. All I get are pictures. I need to find out if Pages is even supported. I don’t know how to access  CatDrive on my Mac. Lots of questions and no answers. I hope I can get answers and be able to improve my rating of this device and app.

Once I figured out how to use my CatDrive it went pretty well. There are still a few mysteries - I’m still thinking it’s like a backup, but it’s not. As a storage device it’s not the Behind The Firewall, independent drive that I thought it was.. more work to do with it yet.
