## What is Catendar?

Catendar is a cute cat shift calendar for nurses and every shift worker, with a simple budget diary built in.

Shift schedule
See Day, Evening, Night and Off at a glance, each in its own color. Add and rename shift types however your job needs. Fill a repeating rotation across the month in one go with Pattern Fill.

A calendar that fits on one screen
Under the calendar you get a summary of the selected day's schedule and money, plus this month's totals. Tap a line to open the full list.

Income and expense ledger
Pick a category such as Food, Cafe, Transport or Home and the entry saves without typing anything else. Daily income and expenses are totaled by month automatically. Choose won, dollar, yen, yuan, Taiwan dollar or euro.

Monthly report
Your shifts by type, this month's income, spending and top spending categories on one card you can save and share as an image.

Schedules and notes
Record appointments, clinic visits and to-dos by date, with a reminder at the time you choose.

Your own cat
Pick one of eight cats for the home screen and the calendar greeting. A new title is chosen on the 1st of each month based on last month's activity.

Share and back up
Turn this month's shift table into an image to send to a friend. Export and import a backup file so your records move with you to a new device.

Local notifications
Reminders for shifts, appointments and notes fire on the device itself and never pass through a server.

Seven languages
Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish and French, switchable inside the app at any time.

No account is needed, and every record stays on your device.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3.3 — 2026-10-02

Amounts are saved correctly whether you type a comma or a dot.
Shift names such as Day and Evening now appear in your language, and a shift can be saved without a title.
Deleting a schedule or an expense now asks once more.
Small buttons have larger tap areas.
The cat's speech bubble and title no longer get cut off on small screens.
You are told when an ad cannot load.
Settings now lists more apps from the same developer.

### 1.3.2 — 2026-09-29

If you left the app open and came back the next day, yesterday stayed selected. Now it moves to today when you return, and your visit record and the banner-off option follow the new date too. The round buttons at the top and the close and save buttons are now easier to tap.

### 1.3.1 — 2026-09-26

Settings now has Rate on the App Store. Now and then, a small window may ask you to leave a rating. Every rating helps a lot.

### 1.3 — 2026-09-21

Income and expenses now have categories. Pick Food, Cafe, Transport, Home, Salary, Night pay and more, and the entry saves without typing a note.
The area below the calendar is now a summary that fits on one screen. Tap a line to open that day's full list.
The monthly report is new. It puts your shifts by type and the month's income, spending and top categories on one card you can save and share as an image.
The input screens, settings and notices now all share one design. On days with nothing recorded, the cat says hello instead.
Shift reminders were fixed. They now appear while you have the app open, and filling a long rotation no longer drops the nearest days.
Reminder wording and amount entry follow the language and currency you picked.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-17

French and Traditional Chinese are now supported. Catendar is now available in seven languages, Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish and French.
Taiwan Dollar has been added to the currency options.
When you open the app for the first time, the default nickname now matches your device language.
The tracking permission notice is shown in each language as well.
