I love this! I have a tamagotchi, but there’s no way to like, pause it. So it dies 99% of the time since I’m still in school, and it’s gotten confiscated before. (The other 1% is when I get my big brother to babysit it lol)

The 5 stars rating is true. I real like this game so far! It’s just like a tamagotchi on ur phone and there’s also dogotchi and wildgotchi if u don’t want cats. If u don’t like tamagotchis (especially older ones) then don’t worry! Catgotchi may look like an old tamagotchi but it isn’t nearly as need-y! I’d say to check up on them like 4 times a day or less if they’re at full on their needs. Neat little game if you want to try out an old tamagotchi and if u liked this game then get a tamagotchi. Like I said if u want a similar tamagotchi to this then get an old one not a new one. Anyway that’s all I’ve got to say for this quite long review lol

I’m just starting so I don’t know what’s in the future but it would be cool if my pet walked around and did idle things like a real cat. I am so glad I can have an app game for this unlike the tamagotchi things I had to be careful to not break and they were unpleasant pets to look at and to loud noises.

This game is amazing I think there should be a tutorial but that’s all it’s the best and it’s free for now it might not be when you read this but yeah it’s fun and amazing.

I love this game! They do die if you don’t pay attention. I wish there was a button to pet them or something to show affection. I think that would make the game feel a lot more real and I would feel more of a bond with the cat. Other than that great game hope that gets added!!

Just got the app and it is exactly like having a real tamagotchi and I love it. The adds are fast and aren’t annoying, one suggestion though energy bar fills up really slow but that’s really my only peeve. Over all it is a great game

The buttons on the games freeze sometimes so I can’t move when I want to which results in losing the game. I have the new iPhone and updated software/app, yet for some reason there is a lag/delay in the buttons when playing games to increase my kitties “fun” bar. Would love this to be fixed!

I was 6 when I played this game. I went on a lot of trips to my grandparents house, and the day I came back, every single cute little cat was DEAD. There should be a setting where the cat cannot die. And if you say “nO thE poINt oF tHe gAmE Is tO hAvE YoUr CaT dIE” well then ur stupid. Pls change 😒😒

I have this app along with the older Tamagotchi Classic app (no longer available on the App Store) on my phone and although the concept is cute, it’s not as simple or as clean as the classic virtual pet experience it’s trying to replicate. I enjoy both apps, but this one requires a lot more of a time investment when trying to raise the “fun” bar since there’s no “quick mini-game (at least not one I have access to at this time). Plus the ads are ridiculous. I downloaded the app with the mindset to pay for the ad-free upgrade, but the quality of the game wasn’t at a place I’d feel justified paying more than 99¢ for it. I’d rather pay $15 for a real classic Gigapet toy instead and play with that.

My Catgotchis (Meowy, Missy and Lili) all have glitches. I love playing, but still, I don’t love the glitchy kitties. Meowy is stuck on almost full stats all the time, and I’ve aged her 969 days, stuck on child stage. Missy, my other Catgotchi, has only 4 columns of energy and I’ve had her asleep and full-statted for a day. Same thing with my last Catgotchi Lili, but I found her sick with zero stats this morning. I thought I put her to sleep last night. Then, after cured, I had her sleeping for about an hour or so, and her energy has been stuck on one column. Anyone know how to fix?

I love the game! It's very nice and the animals are very cute! But I wish they added like other animals too. But overall if you don't have friends this game can give you a pet that your parents might not give you! Very cute 🥰
