I downloaded this app so I could book a viewing of the lovely cathedral. 

I tired multiple times over the course of two days and was never able to book a viewing. 

Each time you try you must enter a lot of personal information all over again.

Extremely frustrating experience.

The app regularly presents a blank black screen. When you click on “Tours” it presents a blank white screen. Too buggy to be of any use. Also no indication is given as to when new tickets are to be released. Are you really supposed to constantly check back in? Poor concept of customer experience…..

Cette application est un scandale : peu importe l’heure où on se connecte ( y compris minuit…) il est impossible de réserver !!! Une fois en 5 jours, j’ai pu avoir une plage de disponible et, impossible de valider car trop de voyageurs (3) !!!! Nul nul nul

C’est impossible de réserver une visite, c’est toujours épuisé…. Même à 00h01 pour 72 h00 avant. Cela fait maintenant 2 mois que j’essaie. 
Je ne suis pas là seule à faire cette remarque depuis des mois et pourtant rien n’est fait ….
Est ce normal ?

schlecht, da nach der Sprachwahl Englisch immer wieder erstmal zurück auf Franz. wechselt. Warum kann man nicht alle Rezensionen sehen: nur 4??? das glaubt kein Mensch. Buchung ist katastrophal, immer ausgebucht??? dann nehmt die Daten doch aus dem Kalender. eine der schlechtesten Apps, die ich geladen habe. Man Paris, und DAS nach der tollen Olympiade!? Schämt Eich. Auch wäre die Deutsche Version wünschenswert. Im Zeitalter von KI sollte das ja wohl kein Problem sein? oder ???

La section « réservation » est un vrai cauchemar et ne sert à rien puisqu’il est quasi impossible de réserver via cette plate-forme!! Quelle perte de temps!! Vraiment on peut mieux faire…

Bewertet wird hier hauptsächlich die Funktion der Ticketbuchung. Das geht gar nicht und ist auch völlig unbegreiflich, warum eine Buchung nur maximal mit 3 Tagen Vorlaufzeit geht und alle Termin immer weg sind, um dann für den aktuelle Tag wieder vereinzelt aufzutauchen. So ein Schwachsinn kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
