Most of us sit next to the same people at Mass every Sunday and never learn their names. Catholic Connect fixes that. It is a simple app for everyday Catholics to get better connected: know the Catholics in your parish, meet people in the same season of life, support Catholic-owned businesses, and show up for each other. The stronger we are together, the more our parishes prosper. MEET CATHOLICS NEAR YOU See a map of Catholics around you. Add your season of life, whether you are raising little ones, parenting teens, a young adult, newlywed, single, engaged, or new to the faith, and meet people who are where you are. YOUR CATHOLIC COMMUNITY See what Catholics near you are posting. Share, comment, and pray for each other. Follow your parish, your friends, and Catholic voices worth following. CATHOLIC-OWNED BUSINESSES A directory of Catholic businesses in your city. Hire, shop, and refer within the community. Own a business? Claim your listing. GROUPS, MINISTRIES AND EVENTS Young adults, Bible studies, prayer groups, OCIA, music ministry, and more. Join one, or start the one you wish existed. PRAYER WALL Post an intention and your community prays. Pray for others in return. MASS, CONFESSION AND ADORATION TIMES 30,000+ parishes with Mass times, Confession and Adoration times, office hours, and directions. Find Mass wherever you are, and suggest a correction if something changed. DAILY MASS READINGS Today's readings, in text and audio, in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, and more. PRAYERS The Rosary, Divine Mercy Chaplet, a guide to Confession, and the prayers every Catholic should know. CATHOLIC NEWS The Vatican, your diocese, and your parish, every day. CHAT Private messages and group chats with the people you meet. FOR PARISHES AND GROUP LEADERS Update your parish page, post announcements, invite members to events, and reach parishioners where they already are. Free. Made for Catholics, by Catholics. Makes it easy to find everything around us and not just within the parish but even catholic businesses to support ### 5/5 — Our parish loves it *2026-11-03* Our parish started promoting this app and it’s great to connect with other local catholics and find catholic businesses to support ### 1/5 — Loading *2025-05-25* Half the app doesn’t work and none of my local parishes or parishioners seem to be one it ### 1/5 — Mostly Inaccessible *2025-04-09* As a blind user who relies on VoiceOver on iOS, I find this app to be overwhelmingly inaccessible. Very few elements are properly labeled or navigable with a screen reader. Essential functions like posting original content and engaging with other features are extremely difficult, if not impossible. Accessibility is not just a convenience; it's a matter of equitable access and social justice. I urge the developers to prioritize a comprehensive overhaul to make this app usable for the blind and visually impaired community. ### 5/5 — Finally 👏👏👏 *2024-04-23* If you are struggling to build community with other Catholics, this is exactly what you need. Huge thanks Catholic Connect for making this happen. Unite we are stronger, and this will be a beautiful bridge! Thank you Guys! Glory to God 🙏 ### 5/5 — Finally something we can use! *2024-04-20* Catholic Connect is a fantastic app for diving deeper into your Catholic faith with a community that truly understands. It's super user-friendly, filled with great Catholic pictures and videos, the latest Catholic news, and info on local Catholics and events. Parishes, people, events, businesses, landmarks, local groups and organizations now share one map that opens on the tab you were on. Business pages are rebuilt, with directions, hours and services, and they follow your light or dark setting. Event pages show official images where available, and landmarks now show how far away they are. Member locations are now approximate for everyone's privacy. Plus a fix for a map crash and many smaller fixes. ### 1.2.0 — 2026-11-06 Signing in with Google or Apple works again. The complete Catholic Bible is now in the app — all 73 books, to read or to listen to, with a choice of five narrators. Also new: • A cleaner feed. Posts are full-width photos on a plain page, with likes, captions and comments where you expect them. • Videos you can leave. The tabs and the nav bar stay put while you watch, and there is a back button. • Nearby — find Catholics, parishes, groups, organizations, events, landmarks and Catholic-owned businesses around you. • Celebrations — birthdays and anniversaries from your communities. • More from your parish: Mass, Confession and Adoration times, ministries, a calendar, and you can now send a correction or a photo. • Today's Gospel and the daily readings, right in your feed. Fixes: light mode is readable everywhere — some screens were showing white text on a white background. Find Mass and Nearby now tell you when they do not have your location, instead of ranking parishes from the wrong side of the world. The Rosary recovers after a dropped connection. And we fixed crashes on the events and invite screens. ### 1.1.2 — 2026-09-05 We fixed some map issues and enhanced loading times for map views! ### 1.1.1 — 2026-05-18 We’ve fixed an issue that was hiding parishes from the map. You can now once again discover and connect with nearby churches through the app. Thank you for your continued prayers, support, and patience as we work to serve the Catholic community better. ### 1.1.0 — 2025-11-26 We’ve fixed an issue that was hiding parishes from the map. You can now once again discover and connect with nearby churches through the app. Thank you for your continued prayers, support, and patience as we work to serve the Catholic community better. ## Apps similar to Catholic Connect | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [The Legion: Catholic Community](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/the-legion-catholic-community/id6466239872) | 3.7 (23) | Free | Social Networking | | [Catholic Connect](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/catholic-connect/id6466264667) | 4.5 (2) | Free | Social Networking | | [Catholic Square](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/catholic-square/id6749468304) | 5.0 (12) | Free | Social Networking | | [Tabella Catholic App](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/tabella-catholic-app/id1535274607) | 4.8 (85) | Free | Social Networking | | [Word on Fire Institute](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/word-on-fire-institute/id6466329569) | 4.9 (1,178) | Free | Social Networking | | [Catholic Chemistry](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/catholic-chemistry/id1460410338) | 4.4 (140) | Free | Social Networking | ## Related topics [catholic mega app](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/catholic-mega-app) · [vijayawada diocese](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/vijayawada-diocese) · [free catholic apps trivia](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/free-catholic-apps-trivia) · [good shepherd catholic alex va](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/good-shepherd-catholic-alex-va) · [catholic faith cambodia](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/catholic-faith-cambodia) · [parish life](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/parish-life) · [joliet deacons](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/joliet-deacons) · [ncsc community](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/ncsc-community) · [angellum kviz](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/angellum-kviz) --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
