Catholic Health Buffalo MyChart makes it easier and more convenient than ever to manage your health.  
With MyChart, you can schedule care appointments directly online for most Catholic Health services, and even add yourself to a waiting list to be notified by text if an earlier appointment becomes available.

Believe me in my 69 years of life, I've had the rest. But now I have the best. The people at Catholic Health are so professional and courteous that they feel like they are your friends. And I believe that they are. They really care about treatment and kindness and courtesy. You'd be more than happy if you weren't there the treatment they give you is second to none.

Had the unfortunate need to go to Catholic health, but what an amazing experience they were not only knowledgeable and experienced, but they were also empathetic and passionate about caring for my mother-in-law. Laparoscopic surgery for 2 hernias - that was my procedure, The Surgical Associates is the first place I went. From the first pre surgery labs all the way to the last appointment when the bandage was removed, I don’t have a single complaint.  veryone I dealt with from the very beginning to the last appointment when my bandage was removed.. everyone was patient and kind. Overall, I can honestly say it was a pleasant experience and I felt that I was well cared for. My surgeon was Dr Rurik Johnson and he did an amazing job. The incisions were small, neat, and they’re healing nicely. Most importantly- the hernias are gone and so is all the worry that came along with them.

This portal is extremely easy to use. It’s a little bit difficult for family members but once you have access and can follow everything the updates are very easy reports meds statuses extremely helpful. Seems to be the best patient portal.
