Which is upsetting bc now I owe way more money than I thought. The only reason I found this out was today I was going to pay a bill over the phone. That’s when I got a recording of the new update. I’m not tech savvy and this just makes things harder for me. Let alone my folks who have know idea how to use apps on their phones. And now have to figure this out now. If I missed a letter explaining the new program my apologies. But I truly don’t remember getting any info on the new payment process. ### 5/5 — Medical service *2025-11-22, version 11.2.3* Dr Patrick Aniello is an Excellent doctor who sincerely cares for his patients and goes 110% in doing so with his Excellent staff who backs him up with the care and kindness which every medical professional should do! ### 2/5 — Outpatient lab *2025-11-01* As a 26 week pregnant woman, the glucose test is stressful enough. After failing the 1 hour test, comes the 3 hour test. Upon presenting to the outpatient lab, I had my blood drawn and was given the glucose drink. After 2 hours it was brought to my attention that I was given the wrong drink. I was given the 50mg instead of the 100mg. This is not ok and should not happen. I left before completing the full 3 hours. Incredibly upsetting. They ask for all personal information and I don't trust it. I've been with South Bat Family for more than 30 years. This will eventually make me switch to another provider. Very impersonal and untrustworthy ### 1/5 — Fall in ER *2025-07-25, version 11.2.3* In 7/22/25 I fainted In the emergency room. They did not give me a nurse call button and I had an emergency and needed immediate help. I had to get up And find a nurse And in not feeling well I fainted. I was very hurt and spent the next 2 days literally begging for Pain medication. I fell in their emergency room and would only give me Tylenol And a stronger pain medication every 8 hours. 8 hours! They gave me a muscle relaxer that made Me sick. Nobody cared to ask how I was from the fall. Well they will find out how injured I was when I retain legal council. They haven’t even offered me a copy of The incident report. I’m going to have to go to another hospital for my injuries. As a catholic Hospital there should be much more caring. Olando the nurse On 3 south the night of the 24th was wonderful. He tried to get me a stronger medication to ease my pain but was refused. So I suffered all night. I’m going to take this complaint to highest person in this organization who will listen. And again, there will be legal consequences. ### 1/5 — I hate this hospital and there mean *2025-06-14, version 11.2.3* I h ### 1/5 — St. Catherine’s ER *2025-03-14* Anyone using the ER please make sure not to do any follow ups for any reason through their ER dept. The staff will tell you, you are not responsible for a second Co-Pay and that if you do get charged that you can dispute it. That is NOT TRUE!! I just went through this and my Co-Pay is $90- smh. The ER staff had no clue how to undress and redress my open wound even and I had to guide even the doctor who would have ripped open my healing wound without soaking in solution first. I can’t even tell you what the nurse did trying to re dress the wound once the doctor left the room. What a show. And I paid through my insurance and then outta pocket twice $90- for this. Lesson learned. ### 1/5 — Dr lied Why would he do that? I asked for the cocktail *2024-10-10* I swear on the lives on my children I didn’t ask for narcotics repeatedly. I asked for it initially because the Percocet wasn’t working and I stopped taking my Buponorphine for a week. I would never ever ever ever swear on my children’s lives unless I was telling the truth. I asked for the Tylenol Magnesium Benadryl and Reglan But he was adamant about not giving it to me . I also told him that Dr Strumpfler gave me IV Compazine once and he wrote for Dilaudid if the Compazine didn’t work well look in my chart it worked and I didn’t need the dilaudid. I never took the Dilaudid . Look in the chart. Why would he lie? Why would he lie?
