So screenshots must be taken of the statements if you want to retain the information. Requesting for a proper soft copy needs to be done either over the phone or by emailing the office, and this is often ignored or delayed. The option to request a soft copy on the app does exist. No other documents that were signed at the time of signing up have been added.
