It was great. But recently they started posting ads that COVER THE CONTENT. There is now no way to use the app because even when you close the ad, the Google square remains. It doesn’t appear obvious! ### 1/5 — Loaded with grammatical error and inaccuracies *2019-06-23, version 10.0* Obviously, English is not “Joseph Stalin Alucious” Selvaraj’s first language. He should have sought help in translating text. Full of grammatical errors. Moreover, there are inaccuracies with Saints of the Day. Example: for June 23, 2019 lists St. John Fisher when in fact it is St. Joesph Cafasso. Agree with mikeyarosjazz review on Feb 6 that if it weren’t for the errors and untrustworthiness, this would be a good app. Plan to delete the app Catholic Liturgical Calendar and just go with Laudate which is exponentially more accurate and useful. Why would an app developer use the (assumed) pen name “Joseph Stalin...” for a Catholic app anyway? Joseph Stalin was a mass murderer and one of the most evil men to have lived. ### 1/5 — What?! *2018-03-31, version 7.5* I had this app until an inflammatory anti-Muslim ad appeared on it. By biggest concert is that pornographic adds pop up at the bottom. They are small and almost indiscernible but if you look at them you can tell. I noticed that this week after Ash Wednesday the Thursday-Saturday are titled wrong. Technically they are called Thursday of Ash Wednesday, Friday of Ash Wednesday, and Saturday of Ash Wednesday. The days following the Sunday are of that week. Such as the 1st Week of Lent, 2nd Week of Lent, and so on. If in doubt just look at the USCCB and/or Vatican websites. They are also listed correctly in the Liturgy of the Hours prayer books.
