## What is CaTia Field Pro?

CaTia Field Pro is the mobile app for field technicians who work with CaTia Integrated Systems. It organizes your workday: the jobs you're assigned to, your time entries, and the job checklists.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.8 — 2026-09-27

Clock in now opens 4 hours before a visit and closes 6 hours after it ends, and a past visit is clearly marked so you finish the right one. Reopen a visit you completed by mistake the same day. Visit complete only asks again when teammates are still clocked in. Visit alerts open that visit. Your On my way, arrival and mileage are your own. Call and Text show for any contact with a phone. Documents no longer hang on a weak connection.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-09-20

See when you're on the clock: a pinned Schedule card and a phone notification the whole time you're clocked in, so it never slips your mind. Can't accidentally start a second clock on another job now. The app catches it and points you back to the one still running.

Photos: tap any photo to view it full size, select several to remove at once, and relabel after capture. Clocking out on your last visit now offers to complete it in one tap. Password reset now handles an expired link.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-09-13

Photos: "Add photos" replaces "Take photo." Snap one or pick several, label as you go, and remove your own photo or document by mistake (photos remove offline too). Log mileage by hand from Expenses when GPS missed a drive.

A visit that's already closed says so instead of quietly switching you to another one. Finishing a visit always asks you to confirm and flags a teammate still clocked in; a visit's clocked-in lead is the only one who can finish it. Password screens now link back to sign in.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-06

Arriving and clocking in are now two separate taps. Tap "I've arrived" to show the office you're on site, then clock in (or Start job, if you're flat-rate) when you're ready to start the clock.

Also in this update:
- If you clock in away from the job site, the app now asks you to confirm you're there and why, instead of quietly flagging it.
- Turn your Outlook calendar sync on or off yourself, in Settings.
- Clearer notification settings, and a Report button that's easy to find.
- Jobs show Overdue right on the job screen, and schedule cards show the city and state.
- Fixes: the mileage tracking notification shows the app icon, and clocking in or out when you're already clocked in or out no longer shows an error.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-01

Job documents now open — tap to view Excel, Word, PDFs, spreadsheets, photos and more, right from a job. Photos preview inside the app. Plus password reset from the sign-in screen, and steadier mileage tracking between back-to-back visits.
