After a few weeks using it, it sent me an alert saying his breathing rate is higher than 35 and needs attention. I took him straight to an emergency and he was treated early so he recovered fast. Still needs to adjust eating/drinking/grooming but it’s a great monitor for HCM cat! ### 1/5 — これはただのオモチャです *2026-05-19* boardの方を使いましたが計測は全く当てになりません。 ダメな点を簡潔に書きます。 うんちは基本的にほとんどが反応せず、入室だけしましたと計測されます。 おしっこも半分くらいが計測できません。結果、不明なデータとなってる箇所を毎回自分で入力しており何やってるんだろうって気になりました。 うちの子は体重が3kgですが日によって2.4kgだったり3.2kgだったりかなりバラ付きがあり明らかに不正確。 おしっこ1日何mlしたとか計測されているが体重すら正確に計測できていないので全く信用できない。 最後に新規キャンペーンで買った人は6ヶ月は解約できないという条件が解約画面でわかり、不信感すごいです。購入画面で自分が見落としたのかと思い、改めて見ましたがそんな条件は書いていませんでした。たぶん探すとどこかには書いてあるんでしょうが... 以上の理由でこのようなものに大切なペットの健康管理を委ねられないと思い使うのをやめました。正直体重くらいは計測できるだろうと思ってたけどそれすらダメとは... どうか迷ってる方に届くと嬉しいです。 ### 1/5 — 購入後一度も記録されない *2026-05-12* 購入後、2週間はログをためるため正常に表記されないとのこと。その時点で初期不良報告期限の7日を過ぎているため、正常に記録されないことが初期不良なのかログをためているだけなのか分からず、結局解約時にお金がかかる。 初期割引適用の場合は6ヶ月経過しないと解約ができず、一度もログが記録されないにも関わらず商品本体代だけでなく月額を払い続けることになる。 電話窓口も封鎖されており、こちらの要望を伝えられる手段が問い合わせメールありませんが一度もログが表示されない旨を問い合わせても回答がなく放置され、返品も返金もしてくれない。詐欺と言われても仕方がないのではないでしょうか。 猫の健康のために買ったものなのに、こんな気持ちになるのはどうしてなのでしょうか。期待していただけに大変残念です。 ### 5/5 — 健康管理に役立っています *2026-04-10* 体調管理のためペンダントとboardの両方を使っています。 ペンダントも軽いのか、以前首輪を嫌がった子も使っていてくれて、とても助かっています。 また家族もアプリのデータ修正が出来るようになり、ケアをするのが自分以外でもすぐに記録を確認・修正できるようになりました。 通院の際も体調等の情報をグラフ化したレポートを用意していけるので、診察がスムーズになりました。 欲を言えば、boardをトイレの下に置くと、その分入口が高くなります。老猫にはここがネックです。そのためスロープも使っていますが、それでも入口を削る等、高さの調節に少し苦労しました。トイレ用品メーカーとコラボする等、関連した商品が増えるとありがたいと思っています。 ### 2/5 — アプリの不具合 *2026-04-04, version 5.10.1* 毎月支払いをしているのに、うんちがおしっことなったり、おしっこがうんちと判定されたり、記録なしの時もあるので、何故そうなるのかよくわからないです。あとメールでは日数がかかるため、電話窓口を設けて欲しいです。 ### 3/5 — 誤差が多い *2026-03-19, version 5.10.0* 改善して欲しくて書きます。 catlogはもう2年ほど首輪をつけてます。うちの子は高齢猫で水を何回飲んだかご飯を何回食べたかはっきり知りたいのですがまだ誤差がかなりあります。水飲んでないのに飲んだとか。 嘔吐調査も吐いてないのにいっぱい通知が来ていたり 本当に吐いた時はちゃんと通知ありますが吐いてない時の通知もあります。 そこの部分がもっと正確に出たらとっても良い製品だと思います。 ## Frequently asked questions about Catlog ### What is Catlog?
