This app did not process an order that was going to feed 20 people. Orders in the app did not show up to any of the Catrina locations in my area. Do not use the app… period. It’s wrecked my whole Monday morning for me, my team and my manager.

This app seems to have been hacked.  I used it to place an order which the store never received.  When I tried to call the phone number associated with it, it shows up as India. I had to cancel my credit card

I really love Catrina’s delicious food, but…the app is very difficult to use with the back arrow imbedded in the picture.  It took me 3 tries to realize that.  Also, the app won’t recognize discount codes sent to me via e-mail from Catrina’s.  It needs some work and coordination with Catrina’s marketing department.

The app never accepts codes, the location doesn’t work.
When selecting pickup, it then says delivery after submission.
When selecting a time during checkout, it changes and more than doubles after submission.
When calling the store, they don’t seem sure which is which either.

Every single time I have ordered on the app the restaurant never receives it. I have had it automatically send the order to the wrong location before so I’ve made sure the last three times that I had the location correct and so far every time the restaurants still has not received the order.

I used this app one time and ordered almost $100 worth of food. The order just went nowhere. Eventually I talked to a guy and it’ll be 3-5 days for a refund. Ruined a little party we had planned and everything. Totally garbage app made by incompetent people, but the food is good.
