The cats are so adorable and fun! However, please make it so there are more than just two ways to link your account. Both google and Apple do not work for me. Please just add a password ### 2/5 — Ads taking too long, makes me want to stop playing *2026-08-25, version 2.1.6* I used to enjoy this game (played it for years and made it to level 121) and didn’t mind watching some ads so I can get additional gems or ticket fragments; but lately the ads have gone too far and interrupted the gameplay severely. The ads used to be short, so I could watch them quickly and go back to playing. Now they are these multi-minutes long abominations which went on and on, then gave you a small triangle to tap, then went on to a new part of the ad that would play anywhere from 30 to 90 seconds before finally releasing you back to the game. It’s difficult to keep playing after that kind of disruption. I know the developer need to make money from ads… but come on! If the ads make it so unpleasant to play, and the customers stop playing because of the ads, then all is moot. Please help me by cutting down these ridiculously long ads or I’ll just stop playing all together. ### 4/5 — Cozy and cute *2026-08-24, version 2.1.6* A fun no brainer cozy game. One star is for the art style—it's very fresh, healing, and cute. The cats have a lot of expressive animations, and I really like the aesthetic. One star is for the nostalgia—I've played all the games in the Cat and Soup series, and I really like all three of them. Now, let me explain why I deducted stars. First is the gacha. I don't understand why the last piece of clothing in each costume pool has such an extremely low drop rate. I've already collected all the other pieces and even gotten multiple duplicates, yet I still can't get the last single item. 25 draws guarantee one colored outfit, but the game would rather give me many duplicates of the other pieces than give me that last item. And it's not just one gacha pool—it's like this for all of them. Also, gold coins are very scarce. There are too many ways to gain experience, leading to fast leveling. The later stages require an absurd amount of gold. I've been trying to prioritize upgrading the warehouse first and then earning currency to ease the gold burden, but it's still not enough to keep up with the leveling speed. I still have buildings from two levels ago that I haven't even placed, yet the game is already asking me for more gold for the next ones. When I went to open the app, a pop up asking to check of some requirements (terms of use, privacy, etc). I tried to view said terms, and for some reason, the app didn’t respond… To make things worse, trying to access privacy policy through the developer link on the AppStore leads to a site entirely in Asian characters (not going to guess which language it might be, cuz I obviously don’t speak or understand what’s written). Considered reporting the problem to Apple, but couldn’t. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Please add links for an English version of your terms and conditions.
